Designers House Production
Designers House Production is a talented team of young designers with the aim of creating designs that will simplify one's life through their diverse style of careful and creative space planning, keeping in mind the principles of comfort, function and beauty, whilst stimulating the senses and embracing the elements.
Each of DHP’S projects strives to enrich one's experience of space, light, context, materials and craftsmanship through the experience of architecture and Interior Design. We believe that exemplary architecture and Interior Design not only provides functional space, but acts as a lens through which we view, understand, and appreciate the natural and man-made world. At DHP we deliver a unique and personal product. DHP Architecture's strength is transforming this potential into reality. Our company’s motto is “We are as good as our last project”.
The Team
THE FOUNDERS
ARCH. KARLO AGASA, UAP
Graduated cum laude in BS Achitecture at University of Santo Tomas and cited as Best Thesis of the Year. He is a recipient of various awards from prestigious private and government offices. His major accomplishment was to represent Philippines to the First International Gathering on Historical Edifices and Environmental Protected Areas, Preservation and Conservation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He is also exposed to International standards and designs due to his experience in international and domestic travel.
ENGR. RODEL ESPINA, PICE
Took up BS Civil Engineering at St. Joseph College. He has handled various civil and construction projects in the Central Visayas region. His knowledge and expertise in sustainable green engineering and value engineering contributes to an efficient and cohesive planning and construction methodology.
IDR. MARK PECAYO
Certificate Course in Interior Design from Philippine School of Interior Design and graduate of BS Interior Design from DLS- College of Saint Benilde. Also took Nihongo studies at NINJA Nara Nihongo Center. Having worked, in the field of furniture design, for years in Osaka, Japan, his background in the design industry provided a natural transition to interior design. He is also very keen in details and skilled in photography.

RACHEL MANIQUIZ and JERICH AGUILAR
Graduated Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Bulacan State University, they act as Junior Architects. Their experience in conceptualization and development of design is based on the requirements, it facilitates them to work from schematics to 3D graphics to working drawings.
RICH JAVIER
THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS
IAN SIAO
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering at St. Joseph College in Maasin City, Leyte. He developed his multi-disciplinary engineering in his past work as Project Engineer at Department of Public Works and Highways - Leyte. He was exposed in road and bridge construction. Now, he is one of the Construction Manager which he handles the construction phase of all commercial and medical projects.
MARVIN MANALO
Took up Computer Technology at People Center for Science and Technology. He was a Technical Operator / Raw Material Clerk at MAXIM Philippines Operating Corporation in Batangas, his knowledge in previous experiencecontributed a lot in his present track as one of the Construction Manager in DHP.
JEFF PAMANDANAN
A product of Bulacan State University with a degree of BS Architecture has been exposed to various disciplines that encompasses the profession. His role as one of the Construction Manager is to implement and ensure the finest quality and cost - efficiency of all projects. His experties lies in.
